About who needs care: Just got feeding tube. Management of feeding, medications. Past stroke, cancer, heart attack, congestive heart failure. Just getting out of hospital. Restricted mobility. Help with household & self care tasks. Runs his own business. May need occasional transportation. May need shopping. Has a dog, may need help to let out dog. About the care needs: Sense of humor Patient. He can be hard headed/stubborn. Possible experience with feeding tube. Will need to make sure he doesn't drink water/liquids Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
