Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider/Cook In Kinnelon

I need senior care provider with experience for my Mom who has early dementia. Requested are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, & Meal Preparation. I would prefer someone who can once a week vacuum and mop the floors; someone comfortable in making Asian influenced meals and who is open to learning from videos to make healthy ketogenic meals. My Mom doesn't need to be fed but just need food placed in front of her and to be reminded to eat at least two high protein and low carbohydrate meals. Once a week, guacamole is needed and to cook Asian water spinach or other Chinese vegetables and veg omelets. Other delicious low carb dishes are always great for variety. She'll need light physical exercise and stretching throughout the day. She won' do them on her own. She'll also nap, so that is a good time to cook & clean.
