Companion Care Needed For My Father In Burlington

About who needs care: my dad uses a walker to get around (he had hip surgery back in August) and was in rehab facilities for 2 months. He is not properly eating (he once was a great cook). He needs help with cleaning the house and prepping his meals. He has been a musician his entire life so has piano at house but rarely plays anymore (due to eyesight issues). He had cataract surgery in left eye; needs it in right eye. He is passionate about horse racing but can no longer drive. He was used to doing everything on his own and enjoyed hanging out with his friends. Now he is dependent on others to pick him up (and the rarely do). It is sad. He just sleeps a lot because he is bored. He needs company; someone to talk too. About the care needs: I would suggest a person in their 40s or 50s with a passion for cooking and music. Also gardening (vegetables) Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
