About who needs care: Client has diabetes so will need medication management along with glucose checks. Has mobility issues and needs help in all ADL until further assessed. Helpvwith ambulation and exercises. He also needs wound dressing changes daily. About the care needs: He likes his own space. Very friendly. Need a person able to do transfers and all care. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
