About who needs care: My father (Richard Rhinesmith) has MDS (Myelodisplastic Syndrome) and periodically needs transportation to Newton Medical Hospital for blood transfusions. Had a recent surgery on 12/8/24 to have a heart valve added. The procedure was through his groin. He's home now in Blairstown where he lives with his spouse (Rose). About the care needs: This will be mainly transportation services for now. Services needed include: transportation.
