Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Blackwood

About who needs care: Dad is currently at a Healthcare in Galloway, NJ. He has been diagnosed with glioblastoma and is on hospice. He so far has not required any end of life care as far as pain meds, etc. He is bedridden, needs to wear diapers and needs sponge baths, dressing, etc. My sister and I both work full time and are not trained to manage his care. We are looking to move him back to his condo in Washington Twp. We would need someone to check on him multiple times a day to manage changing his diaper, etc. About the care needs: just be compassionate and patient. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
