Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Berlin

Seeking hands-on care near Berlin for my mother in her 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My Dad(90) lives in the house and does not need companion support. The need is companion care as mom has Alzheimer's and gets anxious if no one is around to answer questions or help. She has no sense of where things are so will often ask where is the bathroom. She has balance issues and uses a rolling walker, but can sometimes need help getting up or down from places. The house will have two friendly dogs, but they will be in a separate part of the house (kitchen area) behind a gate. Help is needed until May.
