About who needs care: My 89 yr old mom uses a walker to get around the house. I installed chair lifts as we live in a multi story house. My mother is very weak and she suffers from age related dementia. She refuses to wear her hearing aids so u must be in same room as her and talk clearly. She cannot understand anyone with an accent. So English must be their primary language. About the care needs: Since my mothers response to a question is immediately NO the caregiver must be patient.
