Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Belford

About who needs care: Just getting out of rehab post stroke. Has full mobility on both sides. No issues with using the bathroom. Early stages of dementia. Memory issues. Will need someone to drive her to visit her senior center, to the food store and possibly to physical therapy. She has family visit for a few hours every week. And about every 4-5 weeks will spend a weekend away at my house (her daughter) About the care needs: Looking for someone with energy and someone who likes to talk. Would love someone to help with small meals and light cleaning would be a plus. Will need reminders about taking medicine. She does like to sleep til in til about 9ish most days. And will nap often when not visiting with her senior friends. Watches a bit of tv but otherwise isnt great at self entertainment. Likes to sit outside on porch in good weather. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
