About who needs care: My father has Advanced Parkinsons Disease. He is a fall risk, has issues remembering when to take medication. Needs help with all aspects of daily living. About the care needs: My father is very extroverted. He loves to be outside and talking to people in the neighborhood. My father uses a motorized chair, but regularly refuses to stay in it- tries to use a walker instead, creating a very unsafe situation. He needs someone with him at all times for safety. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
