Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Avalon

About who needs care: Early-stage Parkinson's with rigidity and not the shaking kind. My mother who was the primary caregiver just spent 4 days in the hospital with sever vertigo and is now home but on several weeks of rest and therapy to get her back. She normally prepares meals and ensures he gets his medication. No bathroom help is needed. But some help around the 3rd floor to get the day started is the goal initially. About the care needs: If my father were to fall or my mother needed light assistance, I would want them to know who would be able to assist themselves. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
