Looking For Help For Disabled Senior In The Home Once A Week

Hi I am disabled and need help with weekly laundry in the building as well as cleaning in my 1BR apartment same day plus help reaching things in the closet or upper or lower cabinets that I can not reach due to my disability, change the sheets and make the bed weekly, change the litter box every 3 weeks. generally takes about 2 hours once a week, every week, ongoing, preferably a weekday during the day, Mondays and Wednesday mornings are best but other days can work too. I can pay $20/hour. Please do not respond if you are a cleaning service, I am looking for an individual who is local.
