Now she enjoys watching thrillers, crime shows, and cooking shows My mother in law has ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) she can stand only with assistance and only for a few seconds. Her arms don't work. Must be able to lift her she is 105 pounds. She is fully disabled so requires help in all aspects of life feeding, bathing, wiping, etc.) We have plenty of parking and a guest room if the weather is bad. We don't live near public transportation We have a 65 pound dog who is a giant mush once you get to know him. We do plan to get another friend for him at some point. So being comfortable with dogs is a must
