My mom was a very active person and has lost some of her ability to drive and self care (nails, hair,). Needs assistance for shower, grooming, organizing, and exercising. She functions fairly well overall. 3X/week 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mon, Wed, Fri. All days 1) Workout 5 exercises 2) take mom for a short walk up and down the block with her walker (weather permitting) or up and down stairs. 3) assist with shower 4) dress/groom/lotion body 5) organize her personal belongings.
