About who needs care: Lives alone and is still pretty mentally sharp. Broke her dominate wrist. Needs help with ADLs. Likes to walk outside or on treadmill. Watches TV. And enjoys football and baseball. Fatigues easily. Has leaky heart valves. Has a very clean home, house cleaners come weekly. Likes to play word games, such as banana grams. Has traveled a great deal and has many photo albums of her trips and enjoys talking about those. About the care needs: Betty does not initiate conversations so it would be helpful to have someone friendly but does not talk too much. She is deaf without her hearing aide. Needs help in Am & Pm putting hearing aide in right ear and putting on charger. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
