Elderly Care Giver

We are seeking an in-home caregiver to assist with changing my grandmother's diaper in the afternoons on weekends. She is 81 years old and has Alzheimer's, dementia, and schizophrenia. My family and I provide her care throughout the day, every day, but need additional support on weekends. The role involves transferring her from her wheelchair to her bed using an electric Hoyer lift, changing her diaper, then transferring her back to her chair and returning her to the living room.
