Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Rye

About who needs care: My mom has what her doctor describes as "mild cognitive decline." She is on several medications for dementia, and typically seems very lucid. She cannot process complex information, will repeat herself, and experiences sundowning. Her hobbies include reading, coloring, etc. She typically likes to spend most of her time alone, and does not feel like she needs someone to be at home watching her. About the care needs: Someone who is mild mannered and on the quieter side and would be happy doing arts and crafts with mom would be great. She does need to have some social interaction, but typically as I mentioned defaults to being alone and quiet. She likes to chat w/ interesting people, but someone who is very outgoing and loud would not be a good fit. If they enjoy nature and arts and crafts, it would be a good fit! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
