About who needs care: My brother in law is special needs (mildly retarded) and had a heart incident over xmas. He currently is wearing a life vest for 3 months and we would like help with the daily swap of battery and taking the vest off and on so he can shower. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
