Needs ride to church on Sunday mornings (2X/month); total time approx. 3 hours. About the care needs: Female. Kind, gentle. Able to help with walking (walker and wheelchair available.) GOOD DRIVER. Can use patient's car for these trips. Services needed include: transportation.
