Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Pelham

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. She and my father live together in Pelham, NH. They are both in their 80s. He is mentally very sharp - still works flexible part-time from home for MIT. She is suffering from Parkinson's. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle some meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Times are flexible and depend largely on my father's appointments and any work obligations he may have.
