About the job
Looking for a caregiver to support my mom (60 years old) after colon surgery. She is adjusting to a colostomy bag that she will have for around 6 months. And will be working on best approach to pain management and physical therapy regimens to recover from the surgery and get to a place where she can return home. She will likely need help with meal prep, going to the bathroom, showering, errands, grocery shopping, medication, the colostomy bag, and any physical therapy. We are not sure what the in-home nurse care schedule will be yet, so the job description is only an estimate and are open to candidates that have 3-4 hours of availability for 3-4 days/week.
