Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Newmarket Hello! I'm looking for hands-on care for my husband in his 80s. He had a stroke and is unable to walk but he can stand for a short period of time. We are currently using a manual sit to stand lift for transfers. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing and bed/toilet transfers. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. Caregiver will be paid through the Veteran's Administration Veteran's Directed Care program. Must be able to pass background check.
