Senior care provider with CNA or nursing experience needed for my 70-year-old mom & 86-year-old dad with health issues. Mom was just diagnosed with a tumor in her colon and Dad has mild dementia, diabetes, and uses a walker Looking for 2 part-time caregivers, 4 hr part-time care 4 d/wk for one and 3 d/wk for the other the next year. Our care needs: Meal Prep - for 3 meals/day Medication Prep in pill boxes Take/log vitals & observations daily Drive to & take notes at Dr appt Post surgery/chemo care for Mom Diabetes & foot care for Dad Mild dementia care for Dad Help Stay Active Walk/fall assist/prevent Light housekeeping Social interaction We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you handle transportation as needed to doctors in our vehicles. Covid vaccinated & boosted is a requirement.
