Seeking companion care for my 95-year-old uncle. Until May of this year when he suffered a stroke, he was very active and independent, He loves watching sports and the business channel on TV. A life long golfer and tennis player. He has a live-in care giver who needs time off regularly on Fridays from 12-8 or 8:30 and on Sundays from 2-7:30. We are looking for someone to prepare meals, ensure he takes his nightly meds, willing to do light housekeeping, possibly assist in tuck him into bed. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. He is easy going, loves to talk, play simple games, going for walks. Amazingly sharp for his age, Prefer someone who is interested in sports.
