Hands On Care For 65M (Wheelchair/Some Mobility)

We need a hands-on care provider experience for my 65M father, 170lbs, who suffered from stroke, has dementia and uses a wheelchair (he has a walker). He can't see. Duties include: bathing/dressing, light preparation of snacks/meals (he can feed himself), light exercising (light weights, walking), housecleaning support (cleaning dishes when used). We're flexible on days/hours, but would prefer to work with someone who can keep a consistent schedule.
