Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Londonderry

About who needs care: My grampa had the flu, pneumonia and a UTI and was in hospital then skilled nursing facility for about 3 weeks. Lost a lot of strength and mobility and needs help with everything at the moment. Biggest thing right now is having someone capable of transferring him from bed/ wheelchair/ toilet etc. Also needs help getting to the bathroom, changing depends, etc. So someone familiar with changing adult diapers and all that goes into avoiding rashes and infections. He also had a hiatal hernia a long time ago that makes it very important he sits up when he eats, small bites etc to avoid aspirating. Mouth hygiene and frequent brushing is also important. He's mentally with it and still himself. My family and I are all taking turns helping and staying, but cannot be there 24/7. Anyone that has a nursing, PT/OT, skilled aide background would be great. He's back home, where he wants to be. House he was born in and lived all his life with his family. Really need someone comfortable with transferring him (he's about 140lb), bathroom help, depends change & personal care. His day is spent just around the house, watching TV and birds out the window, meals and care. Important that he moves around some, not just stay in bed and in same position. Would love someone that cares like it's their own family member, and with the skills for his needs. Thank you!!
