Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother In Laconia

About who needs care: She has been diagnosed with baseline dementia and has begun sun-downing. She is very mobile, but not steady therefore needs assistance. She is very fast! She is also incontinent and needs help because she is loosing the ability to do personal care by herself - she needs reminders. About the care needs: We would like someone that is willing to go out and about. My Step Mom is very social - but unfortunately is loosing that a bit. She likes puzzles, word searches, cards, musicals. She has a great appetite. She also has some friends and if given the chance likes to plays cards with her group of friends. She is quick and can be stubborn... sometimes when she knows she shouldn't do something she will say "I know it" and do it anyway. She really needs someone to stay close because she doesn't understand that she is very unstable and falls often. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
