Full-Time Assistance Needed For 27 Year Old

I'm a 27-year-old with mobility issues. I live with my family and dog Sunray in Hampton NH. I need help Monday-Friday roughly 8:30-3:30. We'll pay $800 for 35 hours a week $22/hr. I need help with chores around the house, meal prep, transportation in my car, and taking care of my dog. I'm looking for an optimistic, compassionate person who's good with dogs and is willing to travel. I need help traveling in the winter when I go to Florida for 2 weeks. My caregiver would accompany me on my vacation and be paid a premium for travel hours above the daily rate. All travel expenses paid. I also travel to my Dr. in Ohio, usually once every quarter for 7-10 days.
