About who needs care: My dad needs motivation to do personal hygiene. He is not incapable of taking care of himself, but he refuses to do basic things like showering, wearing fresh clothes or deodorizing. We need help getting him motivated, and also we would like a professional opinion on his state of health, in his current living situation. About the care needs: We require a medical professional who can assess my dad's state of health in his current living situation, and help to motivate him to take care of himself. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
