About who needs care: Needs assistance as balance and endurance are diminished. He's a smaller person so it not overly difficult to manage. About the care needs: Need to be able to assist with walking with a walker using a gait belt. Assist with getting him in/out of the bathroom. Assist with getting his pajamas on and into bed. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
