Household Jobs For 78 Year Old Woman

I am looking for someone to come assist my 78-year-old mom with jobs around her apartment. This would include taking out trash, organizing, lifting heavy items, possibly some laundry. Once a week for three hours, though this may be adjusted depending on her need.
