About who needs care: I care for this individual in my home and am looking for a reliable caregiver to assist his aging parents on Sundays to support his visits with his aging parents. His gait is often off. Transitions are with a gait belt and wheelchair. He has had a significant decline in the past year. He is epileptic but his episodes are subtle and at times unrecognizable. About the care needs: I am looking for someone dependable. Operates with integrity, enjoys caring for others, open to feedback and can commit to an agreed shift with minimal distractions. This shift requires 10-12 hours of your time for one day a week, Sunday. This is a great part time commitment for one day a week. There may be opportunities for additional hours or more hours if desired. Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
