Not a constant, husband usually around for daily care, but need someone for when need to be gone. About the care needs: Somebody positive and upbeat who can encourage the patient to care more for herself and try to get her interested in doing other things inside and out. Needs to know about diabetes and how that and the medications affects the patient. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
