Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Cortland

I'm looking for hands-on care for my loved one in their 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My sister is diabetic and has Parkinson's She has limited mobility and sleeps a great deal. She needs help bathing and getting dressed however she does not dress every day which is her choice. She requires insulin shots. She has memory issues but is at times coherent. She has a cat and she talks about it all the time and worries about it's where abouts constantly. She lives with her husband (88) and he will be the one to talk to about here care.
