About who needs care: Recovering from back surgery, is not supposed to get up in the night without help and continually does so without calling me for help from upstairs (he has a baby monitor and a phone to contact me with) he fell badly last night, so I need someone to be in his room with him overnight as he finishes recovery and rehab to prevent future falls. About the care needs: Someone who enjoys chatting, he doesn't always sleep through the night and gets insomnia sometimes Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
