About who needs care: My mom is very frail and had a recent fall with head injury. She has early dementia and wakes up at night and thinks it's daytime. She isn't drinking enough water and needs meal prep and encouragement to eat. Also needs someone nearby during showers. About the care needs: My mom is a devout catholic. She loves music and reading, playing scrabble and doing easy handcrafts. She used to make rosary beads with a group from church but they have disbanded as most of the ladies have passed away. She has a fairly new car that the aide will have use of since my mom is no longer able to drive. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
