Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Waynesville

About the care needs: mom has some dementia, depression, but plays the happy role. she is ocd, narcisstic and narrow minded. she's a clean freak. Get her up in the morning, dressed, pick up house, eat and prep meals for later. take to dr appts as needed, pick up RXs, grocery shop. Help with house work, cooking, bathing. mom likes to play cards/dice. spouse is deceased. im her only child living 800 miles away at the moment. shes not physically sick that I know of and for her age in good shape. just needs a little assistance - maybe not everyday - maybe every other day help. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
