Patient is an 86-year-old woman with progressing Dementia/Alzheimer's, mobility issues, and hearing loss. Job is to provide in-home assistance most mornings with breakfast, medicines, physical therapy exercises, assistance as needed with bathing/dressing, light cleaning and companionship. In addition, need transportation up to 2 times per week to local social event or doctor.
