Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Smithfield

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. I live out of state and would like someone who is able to check on my dad once or twice a week for a few hours to help him wash dishes, vacuum, make sure he's taking his meds from pill caddy, drive him into town for the grocery store and laundry mat, etc. Dad is still pretty mobile, can cook himself meals, but should not be driving himself around and he struggles with basic housekeeping.
