Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Siler City

About who needs care: They are insulin dependent diabetic who has mild/moderate vascular dementia. He is recovering from a broken femur and has had serious recurring pain for over 2 decades, and takes opioids on a daily basis for pain management. He is mentally stable right now after finding the right set of medications, but went through a bout of hospital delirium and some aggressive behavior during his hospital stays. My dad needs to eat 3 meals a day and keep his blood sugar levels at a good place. He is not interested in going out right now, but ideally it would be great to get him back out in the world. He loves his garden and would like to get back out there to do planting. He has a second bedroom at his house, and we are looking for someone who could move in with him, and work with home healthcare. About the care needs: My dad can be gruff, crass and inappropriate, so we need someone who is not easily offended. My dad is gay, so we need someone who is lgbtq friendly. He also has dementia and is an insulin dependent diabetic who has a serious sweet tooth. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
