Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Salisbury

About who needs care: Currently figuring out treatment plan for debilitating herniated disc issue that began last week. Dad is a proud Korean War Veteran. He is mentally sharp, very organized and independent; just unable to get into and out of bed, and shower without assistance due to this issue. He is a bit impulsive, and I believe at risk of falling should he not have someone to help in the night if needed. He has been wearing Depends overnight to minimize movement but may awaken due to pain and need prescribed medication. About the care needs: Someone friendly who is respectful of Dad's desire to be as independent as possible. Non-smoker. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
