Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Raleigh

About who needs care: Moderate dementia - still able to tend to her own personal hygiene, but may need reminder to take shower/get dressed. Mostly needs someone to talk to/ do activities with, make sure she eats, and help her not feel alone. She watches a lot of television. She used to read all of the time, but she stopped reading almost a year ago bc I think she had trouble remembering what she read. She likes to talk with others, but also enjoys down time. About the care needs: My mother lives with me, my husband, and 3 teenagers. There are times when I will be in the home working while you are with my mother. I think the perfect fit would be someone with an energetic, positive demeanor who would be willing to encourage my mother to get up and get moving. We have 3 dogs, so we need someone who is okay with them being around. My mother either does not understand or does not remember she has dementia/limitations, so she thinks she is more independent than she is. She is unsteady on her feet, so there is a concern with her falling. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
