About who needs care: My husband has a form of Muscular Dystrophy, known as IBM He is in a motorized wheelchair. We use a sit to stand lift to get him to bathroom and into a shower chair. He can stand while holding on. He has to have help getting off the bed by the sit to stand lift. We have a bed that the head rises which helps him sit up. He needs help to get dressed but can brush his teeth and feed him self. He loves sports and was a golfer prior to the disease. Sings in church choir. Loves spending time with friends and family especially grand and great grans children. About the care needs: Compassionate friendly fun loving person. Ability to use a lift. Also able to assist with some exercises Prefer a non smoker Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
