Hands-on Care Needed For me We need hands-on care to take care of myself. I have MS, I am very stiff from the disease, my legs don't work and I use a standup Hoyer lift to transfer from bed to the wheelchairs etc. I need help with most things. Additional days may be available. One of your responsibilities may be helping with showering and personal care. My husband is home on the weekends to help.
