About who needs care: My mother-in-law is a very sweet woman who requires assistance with all ADLs and meals. She loves watching TV and can tell you all about the actors on screen. Requires interaction - conversation. About the care needs: Morning routine - out of bed, toileting, dressing, small meal prep. Toileting throughout the day. breakfast, light Lunch and small dinner for warm up later. Skills comfortable with sit to stand lift, gait belt, wheelchair, toileting assistance, dressing, assisting with out of bed mobility. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance. Looking for backup- possibly 2 shifts to cover 9-2 and 230-5p. ASAP coverage. 1 paid caregiver leaving and 1 currently sick. Need coverage, one is healthy to come back.
