About the care needs: Morning routine - out of bed, toileting, dressing, small meal prep, . Toileting throughout the day. breakfast, light Lunch and small dinner for warm up later. Skills comfortable with sit to stand lift, gait belt, wheelchair, toileting assistance, dressing, assisting with out of bed mobility. Possible md transportation with ability to perform wheelchair to car transfers. Lifting transport chair for transport. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
