About who needs care: I am 74yrs and have Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Fibro. I also have ADD and it is very hard for me to concentrate on organizing my home and getting on a schedule. I don't sleep well and am up most nights in bed watching TV.. I am alone and my doctor thinks I should stay at home and avoid a nursing home. About the care needs: I think they should be able to stand my chattering all the time. I get lonely and talk too much when someone is here. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
