About who needs care: My mom is 93 and she has dementia. My stepdad is 89 and has the onset of Alzheimer's he has a catheter but he has a nurse that comes in once a month take care of that. I just need to have somebody come in here and relieve me for a couple hours a few days a week so I can get out. They would love for somebody to come in and tell them there's stories and have somebody sit there and watch TV with them. About the care needs: Whoever comes needs to have a lot of patience and understanding. Someone who can sit there and listen to the same stories over and over and over and over again. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
