About who needs care: Lung disease, on oxygen24/7. I have other heath issues but being short of breathe is my main struggle. Ideal day get up between 8-8:30, have coffee, light breakfast, get dressed. Take care of house plants, laundry, empty dishwasher, shower every couple of days, watch some TV, text with friends and daughter. Meal plan when I'm up to cooking, grocery shopping in store or online. About the care needs: Someone easy talk to, funny, honest. Know how to read oximenter and be comfortable with tubing all thru the house. How to take blood pressure with home BP cuff, how to check blood sugar. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
