Afternoon/Evening shift available from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Friday, June 6; Saturday, June 7; and Sunday June 8. This is a single weekend job assignment, but there may be others in the future. Female caregiver for 99 yr old mom. Assist in all personal care duties and dressing Make her bed Meals will be prepared. They will need to be heated up. Walk with her several times around the house and outside to encourage movement. She's is a fall risk and uses a rollator for mobility. If she were to fall, do you feel comfortable solving the situation? This assignment requires the following. I comply with all minimum wage, payroll, and tax requirements. I give a w-2 and not a 1099. I withhold your portion of Social Security and Medicare and pay it when I submit the employers portion.
